# Feedback

**Feedback** is a user feedback management tool designed to help product teams collect, prioritize, and act on customer feedback directly within your app or website.

It consists of two main components:

- **Idea Portal:** Where users submit feedback and vote on existing ideas.
- **Public Roadmap:** Where you showcase the development status of features.
