# Find and manage your invoices

You can find, download, and make sense of your Beamer invoices from your billing settings. Here's how.

## Where to find your invoices

Go to **Settings > Billing** to view and download invoices for your Changelog and Feedback subscriptions.

NPS invoices live in a separate place — go to **NPS > NPS billing** to find them.

## Updating the company name or tax details on an invoice

Invoice billing details, such as your company name or tax/VAT information, can't be edited from your account. To update them, contact our support team and we'll make the change for you.

## Understanding your charges

A Beamer charge is usually made up of:

- **Your plan fee** — the recurring cost of your subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on your billing term.
- **MAU overage** — if you go over your plan's Monthly Active User limit, the additional usage is billed at $50/month per 5,000 additional MAUs.

Annual plans are billed once per term; monthly plans are billed each month on your renewal date.

## If an invoice goes unpaid

For the first 14 days after an invoice is due, nothing is restricted — you'll get reminder emails and a banner in the app. After 14 days, your account is restricted: you can still sign in and look around, but you can't publish or edit anything for the overdue subscription. Your widget keeps running throughout, so your end users aren't affected.

That's worth knowing because it doesn't look like a billing problem from the inside. It looks like your permissions changed. If something you could do yesterday stops working today, check Settings > Billing before you check Settings > Team.

To clear it:

1. Go to Settings > Billing and find the outstanding invoice. Overdue invoices are marked, with a link to pay.
2. Check the card on file. An expired or declined card is the usual reason a payment didn't go through. See [How to set or change a payment method](https://help.userflow.com/beamer/docs/en/how-set-and-change-a-payment-method).
3. Pay the invoice. The restriction lifts on its own once the payment clears — you don't need to contact us.

If the payment has gone through and you still can't make changes, contact our support team with your Product ID.

For the full timeline, including what happens after 30 days, see [What happens if my Beamer payment is past due?](https://help.userflow.com/beamer/docs/en/past-due-accounts)

## An unexpected charge or a refund request

If you see a charge you don't recognize, or you'd like to ask about a refund, contact our support team and we'll look into it with you.
