# How to upgrade or downgrade NPS plans?

### Is NPS free?

**Beamer NPS**, as the other Beamer products has a **free plan** and **paid premium plans**. You can compare them in our [Pricing Page](https://www.getbeamer.com/pricing) or by going to your Beamer account and clicking on [NPS > NPS billing](https://app.getbeamer.com/nps#billing).

### How to upgrade or downgrade your plan?

1. In your Beamer account, go to [NPS > NPS billing](https://app.getbeamer.com/nps#billing).
2. Look for the plan you like to *upgrade* or *downgrade* to.

3. Click on the **upgrade** or **downgrade button** at the bottom of the plan column.
4. If you haven't added a payment method you'll be prompted to add one.

#### Add a payment method.

1. In your Beamer account, go to [NPS > NPS billing](https://app.getbeamer.com/nps#billing).
2. Scroll to the **Payment method** section.

3. Add your credit card information and a coupon code (if you have it).
4. Make sure that the plan that appears on the box at the right of the screen matches the one you want.
5. Click on the **Subscribe** button.

#### Update payment method.

1. Go to [NPS > NPS billing](https://app.getbeamer.com/nps#billing).
2. Scroll to the **Current payment method** section.

3. Click on **Update payment** method.
4. Change your payment information.
5. Click on the **Subscribe** button.

#### How to check my NPS Invoices?

1. Go to [NPS > NPS billing](https://app.getbeamer.com/nps#billing).
2. Scroll down to the **Invoices** section.
3. That's all!
