Getting started
Go to the NPS view (bubble icon in the left menu) or Settings > NPS.
Toggle Enable NPS and confirm.
Customizing your survey
Appearance: colors, custom CSS, and survey type (0–10, 1–5, emoji scales) are all under NPS > NPS settings > Appearance.
Wording: survey text and languages are under the same NPS settings page.
Feedback: make feedback optional or mandatory, and add multiple-choice follow-ups, from NPS settings.
Timing and frequency
Initial delay (default 30 days): how long before a new user first sees the survey.
Retry delay: separate settings for users who already rated vs. users who closed the prompt without rating.
Percentage of users to prompt: default 60%, controls what share of eligible users see it at all.
After a response
Automatic email follow-ups by NPS category (promoter/neutral/detractor) can be configured under NPS > NPS settings > Automatic Email Responses.
