# Enabling comments and reactions

Gather feedback on your posts with **comments** and **reactions**. Users can respond with emoji reactions or submit text comments that remain private and visible only to account administrators. This creates a direct channel for understanding how your audience responds to updates and announcements.

## Enable comments or reactions

1. While editing a post, select **Enable comments and/or Enable reactions** in **Post settings**. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/9697557a-eb5d-476f-9b09-062b0f7bdcbd/Images/Documentation/image(74).png)
2. Click **Save as a Draft** or **Save and Publish**.

## Editing comment placeholder text

You can edit the placeholder text that appears in the comments box by selecting **Settings > Languages** from the sidebar. Scroll to the **Comments & reactions** section and edit the text that appears in the **SEND US YOUR FEEDBACK** section.
