# Intercom

The Userflow-Intercom integration enables you to use your Intercom Help Center articles in Userflow.

### Example use cases

- Train your Userflow Adoption Agent based on Intercom articles.
- Search for Intercom articles in your Userflow resource center.

### Setup

1. Sign in to Userflow.
2. Make sure the correct Userflow environment is selected in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
4. Click **Add integration**.
5. Click **Intercom**.
6. Click **Add Intercom**.
7. Click **Connect with Intercom**.
8. Choose your desired Intercom workspace in the top-right of the popup window that opens.
9. Click **Authorize access**.
