This page compares the two and explains how to set up each one. - **Managed via a single Userflow account** - **Managed via multiple Userflow accounts** Note that having multiple Userflow accounts still only requires one user login, as you can easily switch between accounts in the UI: ![Account switcher in Userflow listing several accounts under one login](https://cdn.us.document360.io/9697557a-eb5d-476f-9b09-062b0f7bdcbd/Images/Documentation/company-selector.png) ## Should I manage several products from one Userflow account? The most common case for managing multiple products in a single account, is when your product is the same, but just deployed on multiple subdomains and is all based on the same user database. **Pros** - Lower cost **Cons** - Every team member can see every product's content. See [Managing Teams in Userflow](/docs/team-management) for roles. - Harder to segment users and related data for analytics - Auto-start conditions might be harder to manage ### Set up several products in one account To run several products from one Userflow account, add the product's domain to each flow's auto-start conditions so flows don't start in the wrong product. See [Flow targeting and audience rules](/docs/flow-targeting-and-audience-rules) and [URL pattern matching](/docs/url-pattern-matching). Checklists need one more step. Once a checklist starts, it stays active across pages. To hide product A's checklist while a user is in product B, add a **Temporarily hide** condition to product A's checklist that matches product B's domain, and do the same the other way round. See [Checklists](/docs/checklists). ## When should I use a separate Userflow account per product? This setup is useful if you have completely separated products, where there’s no shared user base. **Pros** - Team members only have access to their specific product’s data - Users are segmented by product, making it easier to analyze data - Auto-start conditions are easier to manage - it’s impossible to accidentally show the wrong flow in the wrong product **Cons** - Higher cost. ### How do I buy an extra Userflow account? The additional account shares limits for MAUs, AI messages, and team members with your base Userflow account.
