# Product Adoption Insights

<p>Product Adoption Insights is Userflow's built-in analytics suite. It gives you everything you need to understand how users engage with your product, identify where they get stuck, and take targeted action — without leaving Userflow or stitching together separate tools.</p>

<h2>The Insight → Action → Impact workflow</h2>

<p>Product Adoption Insights follows a six-step workflow:</p>

<p>If you're new to Product Adoption Insights, start here:</p>

<li><strong>Set up event tracking.</strong> <a href="/userflow/docs/no-code-event-tracking-2">No-code Event Tracking</a> lets you track user actions in minutes — no developer required.</li>
<li><strong>Build your first chart.</strong> Head to <a href="/userflow/docs/chart-builder">Chart Builder</a> and create a Usage Analysis chart to see how often your key events fire.</li>
<li><strong>Run a funnel.</strong> Add a <a href="/userflow/docs/funnel-analysis">Funnel Analysis</a> chart to find out where users drop off in a critical workflow.</li>
<li><strong>Create a dashboard.</strong> Pull your most important charts into a <a href="/userflow/docs/dashboards">Dashboard</a> for a single-pane view.</li>
<li><strong>Act on insights.</strong> Use Userflow <a href="/userflow/docs/getting-started-with-flows">Flows</a> to reach the users who need help — triggered by the events you're already tracking.</li>

<h2>Plan availability</h2>

<p>Product Adoption Insights features are available on all Userflow plans, with some limits depending on your plan. See individual feature articles for details, or check your <a href="https://app.userflow.com/app/_/settings/billing">billing settings</a> to see what's included.</p>
