# Product Adoption Insights

Product Adoption Insights is Userflow's built-in analytics suite. It gives you everything you need to understand how users engage with your product, identify where they get stuck, and take targeted action — without leaving Userflow or stitching together separate tools.

## The Insight → Action → Impact workflow

Product Adoption Insights follows a six-step workflow:

## Getting started

If you're new to Product Adoption Insights, start here:

1. **Set up event tracking.** [No-code Event Tracking](/userflow/docs/no-code-event-tracking-2) lets you track user actions in minutes — no developer required.
2. **Build your first chart.** Head to [Chart Builder](/userflow/docs/chart-builder) and create a Usage Analysis chart to see how often your key events fire.
3. **Run a funnel.** Add a [Funnel Analysis](/userflow/docs/funnel-analysis) chart to find out where users drop off in a critical workflow.
4. **Create a dashboard.** Pull your most important charts into a [Dashboard](/userflow/docs/dashboards) for a single-pane view.
5. **Act on insights.** Use Userflow [Flows](/userflow/docs/getting-started-with-flows) to reach the users who need help — triggered by the events you're already tracking.

## Plan availability

Product Adoption Insights features are available on all Userflow plans, with some limits on Startup. See individual feature articles for plan-specific details.
