# Zendesk

The Userflow-Zendesk integration enables you to use your Zendesk Help Center articles in Userflow.

### Example use cases

- Train your Userflow Adoption Agent based on Zendesk articles.
- Search for Zendesk articles in your Userflow resource center.

### Setup

1. Sign into Userflow.
2. Make sure the correct Userflow environment is selected in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
4. Click **Add integration**.
5. Click **Zendesk**.
6. Click **Add Zendesk**.
7. Click **Connect with Zendesk**.
8. Enter your **Zendesk subdomain**.
9. Click **Continue**.
10. Click **Allow**.
