Zendesk

Prev Next

The Userflow-Zendesk integration enables you to use your Zendesk Help Center articles in Userflow.

⚠️ Action required: Zendesk is retiring long-lived API tokens

Zendesk is rolling out mandatory token expiration for existing integrations in waves, from April 30, 2026 through April 2027. Once your Zendesk account hits its enforcement date, your existing connection will stop working as expected:

  • Public Help Center: private articles and categories will silently stop syncing to Userflow — no error is shown, so incomplete content can go unnoticed.

  • Private Help Center: the integration will fail entirely. Userflow will automatically disable it and email the integration owner with reconnect instructions.

To avoid any interruption, reconnect your Zendesk integration once by following the setup steps below (Settings → Integrations → Zendesk → Connect with Zendesk). After reconnecting, Userflow will keep the connection refreshed automatically going forward.

Example use cases

  • Train your Userflow Adoption Agent based on Zendesk articles.

  • Search for Zendesk articles in your Userflow resource center.
