Our Adoption Agent usage notifications automatically send email alerts to account admins and owners when your company-wide usage approaches or reaches your monthly credit quota. These proactive notifications help you stay in control of your Adoption Agent usage and avoid service interruptions.

How it works

You’ll receive email notifications at key milestones:

  • 90% usage alert: Receive a notification when you reach 90% of your usage limit.

  • Overage/upgrade alert: Final notification when you’ve reached your full quota and have been upgraded.

  • Agent removal alert: If a global limit has been set and reached, then you’ll receive a notification that Adoption Agents have been removed from all environments for a 24-hour period.

When you receive a usage notification, you have several options:

  • Monitor usage patterns to gain a deeper understanding of your team’s Adoption Agent consumption.

  • Upgrade your plan if you consistently approach your limits.

  • Increase your global limit to prevent your Adoption Agents and associated Userflow Adoption Agent functionality from being disabled for a 24-hour period.

  • Optimize usage by reviewing which team members or use cases drive the highest consumption.

  • Plan for busy periods by anticipating when you might need additional credit capacity.

Getting started

Adoption Agent usage notifications are automatically enabled for all accounts. There is no setup required. Notifications will be sent via email as soon as your usage reaches the threshold levels.

Userflow does not use AI inputs to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve public large language models. However, to maintain the highest standards of data security, we strongly recommend training your Adoption Agent on non-sensitive data and instructing users not to submit any sensitive or private information in their Adoption Agent searches.
