Gather feedback on your posts with comments and reactions. Users can respond with emoji reactions or submit text comments that remain private and visible only to account administrators. This creates a direct channel for understanding how your audience responds to updates and announcements.
Enable comments or reactions
While editing a post, select Enable comments and/or Enable reactions in Post settings.
Click Save as a Draft or Save and Publish.
Editing comment placeholder text
You can edit the placeholder text that appears in the comments box by selecting Settings > Languages from the sidebar. Scroll to the Comments & reactions section and edit the text that appears in the SEND US YOUR FEEDBACK section.
Admin users automatically have access to edit this text. To provide permissions to other user groups, edit permissions.
