Yes. There are three different setups people usually mean by this — pick the one that matches what you’re trying to do.
1. Show the same changelog on more than one site
Add your embed snippet to as many sites as you want. Every site will display the same changelog — same posts, design, and settings. There’s no extra cost or separate account for this.
2. Run separate changelogs (e.g. different products, or staging vs. production)
If you want different content per site, create multiple accounts under a single login. You sign in once and switch between accounts from the account menu. Each account is billed separately and can be on a different plan.
To set this up, see How to manage multiple accounts.
This is also how you keep a staging account separate from your production account. We recommend adding “Staging” to the account name so it’s easy to tell apart. A dedicated staging server is available on Scale plans and above — see the staging section in How to manage multiple accounts.
3. Share one account across your team
If your teammates need access to the same account, invite them as team members instead of sharing a login. Each person gets their own credentials and a role that controls what they can do.
To set this up, see How to assign roles and permissions?
