When to create ideas for customers
Create an idea on behalf of a customer when:
A customer submits a feature request through support channels.
You receive feedback during customer calls or meetings.
Customers mention needs or pain points in conversations.
You want to centralize customer requests for better tracking
How to submit an idea
Select Beamer Feedback.
Click Create Idea.
Enter a title and idea details.
Set visibility, status, and a category to organize the idea accordingly.
(Optional) Add a segment filter or segment URL to restrict who will see the idea.
(Optional) Add internal notes in the Notes space provided.
