When Ideas are submitted, you can manage and respond to them from a central location. This ensures that no Idea or comment is overlooked, allowing you to dedicate more time to evaluating the contributions rather than managing them. You can also respond or request additional information from the same location.

All ideas will be visible in the feed and all comments will be visible in the left panel under Inbox.
Viewing all Ideas
Select Beamer Feedback from the sidebar to view all submitted ideas in chronological order.
To view Ideas in a different sort order, select the Sort by drop-down in the upper right.
Change the status or visibility of an Idea
You can control whether an Idea is visible in the Idea Portal and Public Roadmap or visible only internally. Some customers choose to hide certain Ideas to maintain a strategic competitive advantage or respond to an angry customer privately.
Changing the status of an Idea reflects its evaluation and advancement to users as it refreshes in the Idea portal. This serves as an excellent method to provide feedback to users who propose ideas and motivates further idea submissions, as all users observe that their ideas receive attention and movement when they are put forward.
Select Beamer Feedback from the sidebar to view all Ideas.
Click on the title of an Idea to view its details.
Status: Select the Status drop-down menu and select an existing status or Add Custom Status to create a new status.
Visibility: Select Public or Internal.

Viewing votes and replying to comments
Votes and comments are a great way to get early validation for an Idea. You can see the number of votes and comments for each idea from the Idea dashboard. To view details for a specific idea, click its title to open it.
To view voter details, click the number of votes in the upper right. A list of voters names, email addresses, and user IDs will display and can be exported.
To view comments, scroll to the bottom to view comments. From there, hover your cursor over a specific comment to reply, change visibility, or delete it. If you choose Reply, the comment will open in the Inbox, where you can add and send a response.

Once you’ve sent a reply to a comment, click Make comment internal or Make comment public to change its visibility.
Click Accept to confirm.
