After an Idea is implemented, it is important to inform the users who requested that feature that their requirements have been met. Additionally, it is beneficial to provide updates whenever the status of the Idea changes. The user who proposed the Idea will be automatically alerted when there is a change in status, such as transitioning from 'In Review' to 'In Development'. If you have collected emails from voters or commenters, you can also manually notify these users of any updates or changes to the Idea, providing automatic notifications for voters.
Select Beamer Feedback > Settings from the sidebar.
Scroll to the Order and Visibility section and use the toggle switch to activate Enable status update alerts.
