Can't log in to Userflow, or seeing a 431 error

Prev Next

If Userflow won't load after you sign in, or your browser shows 431 Request Header Fields Too Large, your browser is sending too much stored data to app.userflow.com. This isn't a problem with your account, your team role, or your invite. Clearing the stored data fixes it.

Fix a 431 error when signing in to Userflow

  1. Open app.userflow.com in a private or incognito window and sign in. If that works, the problem is data stored in your normal browser window.

  2. In your normal browser window, clear the site data for userflow.com. In Chrome: with app.userflow.com open, click the icon to the left of the address bar, choose Site settings, and click Delete data. Other browsers have a similar option for clearing data for a single site.

  3. Close the tab, open app.userflow.com again, and sign in.

Clearing site data for userflow.com signs you out of Userflow. It doesn't delete anything in your Userflow account.
