Finding your renewal date

  1. Log in to Userflow and go to Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Select Billing.

  3. Your current plan name, renewal date, and billing summary are displayed on this page.

If you don't see a Billing section, you may not have Admin access. Contact your workspace Admin to check.

Requesting a cancellation

Userflow subscriptions are managed by the customer success team. Cancellations cannot be processed directly from the Userflow app.

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact your Userflow account manager or customer success manager directly.

  2. If you don't have a named contact: email support@userflow.com with your cancellation request. Include your account name and the email address associated with your Userflow workspace.

Your CS team will confirm your renewal date, walk through the cancellation process, and let you know what to expect next.

What to expect after requesting a cancellation

  • Your Userflow subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately.

  • After the subscription ends, your workspace data is retained for a period before deletion. View our data retention policy here.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is processed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Currently, Userflow does not offer an option to pause a subscription.

Will I receive a refund?
Refunds may be issued within a 7-day grace period following cancellation. Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible for a refund.

I need to cancel before my renewal date — what should I do?
Contact your CS team as early as possible. Email support@userflow.com with your account details and your cancellation deadline.
