Userflow plans
Userflow offers three plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. The right plan depends on your MAU volume, the number of environments you need, and which features you want to use.

What changes when you downgrade
If you downgrade to a lower plan tier, features and limits that exceed the lower plan's allowances will be affected. Before your downgrade takes effect:
Environments: If you have more environments active than the lower plan allows, you'll need to archive the extras.
MAU: If your current MAU exceeds the lower plan's limit, usage caps apply at the start of the next billing period.
Feature access: Features exclusive to higher-tier plans (e.g., Adoption Agent, advanced analytics) become unavailable immediately upon downgrade.
Data retention: Historical data (user sessions, event history, analytics) is retained — you won't lose past data when downgrading, but you may lose the ability to view certain reports depending on plan feature access.
How to request a plan change
Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades) are managed by the Userflow customer success team — you cannot change your plan directly from the Userflow app.
To request a plan change:
Contact your Userflow account manager or customer success manager directly.
If you don't have a named contact, email support@userflow.com with your request.
How to find your renewal date
In Userflow, go to Settings from the sidebar.
Select Billing.
Your current plan, renewal date, and billing summary are shown here.
If you don't see a Billing option, you may not have Admin access to your Userflow workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period.
Can I add more environments to my current plan?
Additional environments may be available as an add-on. Contact your CS team for details.
What happens to my content if I upgrade?
All your existing flows, checklists, and settings are preserved. Upgrading unlocks new features and higher limits — nothing is removed.
