Updating billing details
You can update your payment method, billing contact, and card details at any time — no need to contact support for routine changes.
Update your payment method or card details
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card details.
Click Save.
Your next bill will be charged to the new card. This also fixes a failed payment: if a charge didn't go through, update your card here, then click Retry Payment on the same page.
Update your billing contact or company details
Billing emails and receipts go to the account email on file. To change where invoices are sent, go to Settings → Billing and update the billing contact field, or email support@userflow.com if you don't see that option.
Common ways people ask for this
"Change my credit card," "update payment info," "my card expired," "how do I fix a failed payment" — all of the above are handled the same way, from Settings → Billing.
