Product Adoption Insights follows a six-step workflow:

Getting started
If you're new to Product Adoption Insights, start here:
- Set up event tracking. No-code Event Tracking lets you track user actions in minutes — no developer required.
- Build your first chart. Head to Chart Builder and create a Usage Analysis chart to see how often your key events fire.
- Run a funnel. Add a Funnel Analysis chart to find out where users drop off in a critical workflow.
- Create a dashboard. Pull your most important charts into a Dashboard for a single-pane view.
- Act on insights. Use Userflow Flows to reach the users who need help — triggered by the events you're already tracking.
